EPSO in the reactive power planning

With EPSO, one could build a model and an application that proposes decisions on the installation of capacitor banks, FACTS devices or other means of reactive compensation, taking in account not only a basic system scenario but also selected contingency scenarios associated with given probabilities (from a table of pre-specified contingencies).
